AEC, ANC & I/T Ratio
Three independent modules: absolute eosinophil count, absolute neutrophil count, and I/T ratio.

Absolute counts
Absolute counts convert a differential percentage into cells per microliter using the total WBC count.
Interpretation categories reflect the reference ranges and thresholds you configure — set them to your laboratory’s validated values.
Bands and double-counting
Some analyzers and manual differentials report a neutrophil percentage that already includes bands. Adding bands again would double-count them, so the ANC module asks whether bands are already included.
I/T ratio
The immature-to-total neutrophil ratio is a screening parameter, commonly used in neonatal sepsis evaluation. Immature forms are promyelocytes, myelocytes, metamyelocytes and bands. It does not establish or exclude sepsis on its own.
